Los Angeles Platz is small park surrounded by car parks. The park itself offers nothing special. I believe the idea has been to come up with something creative rather than leave a dull empty block.

To some extent it has been a success but the park is not a good target for a specific visit. If you happen to be in the area, why not check it out.
